Product Description

Powerflex front upper arm bushings include:

  • 4 x Bushings
  • 4 x Stainless steel sleeves
  • 4 x Nylon washers

Please read the complete fitting instructions and check package components before fitment.
These fitting instructions are to be used as a guide and in conjunction with workshop manual.

It is recommended that:

  • All work is done by a licensed technician
  • All safety precautions are adhered to
  • Wheel alignment is checked and adjusted as required after any suspension work
  • All fasteners must be torqued to manufacturers torque settings

Fitting Instructions:
1. Remove the original bushings from the front upper arm. Fig A.
2. Clean any dirt or debris from the arm bores. Fig A.
3. Fit new bushings into the arm from the outside faces, with the larger diameter outwards, opposing
each other. Fig B.
4. Apply some of the supplied grease into the bore of the bushings and push stainless steel sleeves into
the bores. Fig B.
5. Fit supplied nylon washers on the outside face of the new bushings. Fig C.
6. Refit arm onto the car and tension all hardware to manufacturers recommended torque settings.
