Product Description
European NA Miatas had a cool feature not found on USA market Miatas: a dash remote control for adjusting the angle of the headlamps in case there was a heavy load in the trunk, so beams would not point up into the eyes of oncoming traffic.
This is essentially a “sleepy eye” kit that completely replaces the motors with new ones.
The headlamp leveling kit consists of Hella motors and actuator rods, mounting brackets, and wire harness.
Does not include the leveling dash control that is standard on Euro market Miatas (and is no longer available from Mazda).
So if you don’t have a Euro-spec Miata, you’ll have to locate a used dash control knob or fabricate one using a universal potentiometer.
